Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of AlgoClue ("the Service"), operated by AlgoClue. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. The Service is operated from India and made available to users internationally. You are responsible for ensuring that using the Service — including trading crypto assets and connecting an exchange or broker — is lawful where you live and that you meet any local registration, tax, or licensing requirements. The Service is not directed at any jurisdiction where its use would be contrary to law.
2. What AlgoClue is — and is not
AlgoClue is a software and analytics tool. It reads trading-signal messages from Telegram channels you choose to track, parses them into structured data, records outcomes, computes analytics, runs backtests on historical data, and — when you configure and enable an automation — relays orders to your own connected broker or exchange.
3. No investment advice or recommendation
- Analytics, scores, leaderboards, backtests and channel statistics are informational and educational only. They are not a recommendation, solicitation, or endorsement to buy, sell, or hold any security, contract, or crypto asset.
- The Telegram channels you track are independent third parties. We do not vet, verify, employ, endorse, or have any relationship with them. They may themselves be unregistered. Any statistic we show is a summary of recorded behaviour, not an assurance of quality or future results.
- You alone decide whether to act on any signal. You should consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser and a qualified tax professional before making investment decisions.
4. Third-party connections (Telegram, brokers, exchanges)
The Service connects to third-party platforms — including Telegram, Zerodha (Kite Connect), Binance, and other brokers and exchanges — using credentials or sessions that you provide and authorize.
- You are responsible for complying with each third party’s own terms of service and API policies. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Telegram, Zerodha, Binance, or any broker or exchange.
- Connecting Telegram uses your own Telegram account. Automated or programmatic use of a personal Telegram account may, in some circumstances, lead to rate-limiting, restriction, or suspension of that account by Telegram. You accept this risk.
- Your relationship with your broker or exchange — including account opening, margins, funds, KYC, and order execution — is solely between you and that institution.
- Third-party platforms may change, restrict, or discontinue their APIs at any time, which may interrupt or disable features without notice or liability to us.
5. Automation and order execution
If you create and enable an automation, you instruct the Service to place orders on your behalf through your connected broker or exchange, according to the rules you configure. Practice automations are simulated only.
Automated and algorithmic trading through broker APIs is subject to the regulations of SEBI, the stock exchanges, and your broker, which are evolving. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable algorithmic-trading rules, approvals, and registration or tagging requirements.
6. Subscriptions, billing and taxes
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled, via the payment method or mandate (for example a card or UPI Autopay) you authorize.
- Prices are shown on our pricing page and may differ by region. We may change prices on prospective renewals with reasonable notice.
- Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated; applicable taxes such as GST may be added or are handled by our payment processor or merchant of record.
- Cancellation, renewal, and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, market manipulation, or any activity prohibited by SEBI, an exchange, or your broker;
- access the Service on behalf of another person without authorization, or use someone else's broker or Telegram credentials;
- reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, or build a competing service from the Service or its data;
- interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and its analytics methodology, is owned by AlgoClue and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. Trading-signal content originates from third-party channels and remains the responsibility of its authors.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
You agree to indemnify and hold AlgoClue harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your trades, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Data and privacy
Our handling of your data — including Telegram message content, broker credentials, and personal information — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation is not commercially viable. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain clauses (disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ambala shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The parties may first attempt to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to litigation or arbitration.
